How to get the satnav out of a ph2? (without a hammer lol)

Trying to get the CD changer working today.. it's never worked since we had the car and having changed it out for two spares, changing the stereo head, the CD changer lead and still getting the ERR CD message on the screen I've concluded that it's something else playing tricks such as a duff wire. I know one of those head units and changers works as they came out of my last safrane which I broke and were in working order then.

Thing is I can't get the sat nav out and the plastic roller shutter is being blocked by something too - it does eventually move but i have to give it time for something behind the sat nag screen to move.

Any ideas how the screen comes out?

Ok cd changer is working and i've found out whats going on.

Everytime the radio aerial is connected it goes quiet and knocks out the cd changer which then comes up ERR CD on the screen.

Any ideas?
