I am after a set of rear shocks for my phase 1 Safrane and would like to hear from anyone breaking a phase 1.

Are they standard shocks opr computer controlled items(mostly on V6 Safranes only)?

My car has standard rear shocks.

Genuine Renault items are not to expensive,but if you want to go secondhand then you are going to get a pair with high miles i guess.
Be warned they are not great to change,i know i had to get a pair out of the lower hubs today and even with the shocks actually removed they were still tricky.
A word of advise would be to dose all nuts/bolts and the lower hub carrier with penatrating oil to help,do this before the day you change them to give it a chance to sink in.
