Anybody got a set of the newer fold out leather headrests for the Safrane. Mine is a '98 and it was only the later cars that came with them. Would be happy to pay a fair price for them.

My wife has these on our S reg Laguna V6,would they be the same?
If so they must be more common than finding a Safrane pair?
I could check if they fit the spare Safrane seats i have if you want me to.

Ebay france may be a good place to find these as they're quite rare over here. We have them in one safrane and to be honest if I ever damaged one it would be a PITA to replace it.

I don't think they fit to be honest, I have tried the headrests out of the Laguna before I think (must double check actually becasue we do have a Mk1 Laguna so it's an easy test). Also tried them out of a Clio 182 which were perfect colour but don't fit.

Just checked. Laguna headrests are different. Square peg, round hole! Just wondering if the later safrane seats with these fold out head rests have a completely different fitting to the earlier Ph11 Safrane seats. Maybe the only way to have them is to change the seat completely?

Just tried the Lagunas headrest in phase 1 seats and yep it does fit.
Did you know that Phase 1 headrests are actually adjustable and tilt(not sure if Phase 2 does)

I'm actually answering my own question here but the 2 different style of headrest are not interchangeable. They are completely different and the only way to have them would be to change the chairs or change the fittings.

The 2 headrest styles, the top one (which opens up) is the same as my ph2 99 model. its also the same style headrest used in the newer lagunas (lag 2) and meganes (meg 1 ph2 - meg 2).

The tilt one is the older 19 style first iteration I recall is the ph2 19 16V with leather.
