Heres a list of know V6 press cars used in various magazines at the time of launch.
None of these cars are on the road or still listed on the DLVA database.
K521 NPO , GREEN, NO OPTIONS FITTED,LAST TAXED 1/4/93 APPEARED IN VARIOUS RENAULT ARTICLES AND AUTOCAR 11/11/92

K790 NPO ,RED,NO OPTIONS,LAST TAXED 1/6/93,AUTO EXPRESS FEB 5TH 93.

K788 NPO,GREEN,ALL OPTIONS FITTED,LAST TAXED 1/6/93,FASTLANE MAY 93.

K511NBK,GREY,ERGOMATIC SEATS,CD PLAYER FITTED,LAST TAXED 1/2/2000,WHATCAR SEPT 93.

K488 NBK,BLACK,LEATHER INTERIOR OPTION FITTED,DVLA UNKNOWN,SCRAPPED,MOTORING AND LEISURE APR 94.

Its slightly strange that all 3 NPO cars where not taxed after 6 months of being registered, this i find very difficult to understand but my only thought was the Renault removed the NPO plates from the cars when they were sold and retained them,or maybe they were exported?
It was also a bit weird that K521 NPO didn,t have any options fitted as this was the car used the most by Renault as a demo, surely the car used to this degree would of been fully loaded?

Most press cars or early pre production models even though road registered often end up in the crusher.
