Hi all

My handbrake has no reserve in it at all....the disks and pads are fairly new so was wondering if anybody knows how to adjust the handbrake?

She's a MK2 2.5 if that makes any difference

Hi Adam
There appears to be a link setup that travels close to the rear axle bean,theres a locknut there that you undo,then use the other nut as the adjuster and adjust untill the correct handbrake travel is acheived.
Hopefully you can find this,don,t overdo it or the rear brakes will bind!

Me too, I'm half way through a rear caliper replacement that failed the car on its MOT. Damn those brake lines are impossible to unscrew.. Horrible job.
