the guy is on crack if he thinks it will do 38 mpg at 70 though. No chance.

It failed to reach the reserve at £251 (mind you, it'll cost the best part of another £100 to bring it down from bonnie scotland?)
It's back on again here:

Best wishes,

Not enough interior pics of it for my liking. Just one (on its side) of the dash. The seats could be cloth / leather, ripped, stained etc (if there even are any!).

Nice shots of the outside (ish) but just not enough of the interior.

This seems a nice car but not enough detailed pics,if the pics where better then maybe it would get sensible money.

Shame this isn,t a V6.
Leather and ergomatic seats which is very rare, but i think its a 2.0/2.2,i,ve asked, but its almost worth the price just for the seat spares.
Also i would like the French speaking computor!!

Yeah but you're forgetting the seats would be reversed - the drivers would be on the left with memory buttons etc. Sure, handy if you want to give your passengers that extra touch but in reality few of them will care about memory. Agreed though it would be good for spare motors etc. I personally reckon its dodgy as its still on foreign plates.

Strange seller that one. I can't believe he's being so coy about showing the inside of the car. The mpg claim is just not realistic.

Gold one went through at £335,seems like no-one wants it.Shame as it appears to be a clean example, but it needs more/better photos.

I don't think he is too far off with the claim of 36mpg at 70mph. I get 32-33 with MPG and that can use 15-20% more juice. I regularly do journeys of 300+ miles and get over 30mpg (again with reduced mpg due to LPG) at speeds slightly in excess of 70mph ;-)

Typically, they may do much less than that figure but on a longer run, they really aren't too bad on the juice.
